Job summary

Nestle Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Medical Delegate to responsibly communicate science-based value propositions for Wyeth Infant Nutrition to health care professionals and institutions within the assigned territory.

You will expand brand usage, implement ethical marketing plans, and present latest product breakthroughs to healthcare professionals while coordinating with trade partners on product availability and market hygiene across the territory.

Qualifications

• Must have driving license and own car
• Preferably science-related Bachelor's degree
• Marketing or business qualification can be considered
• Experience as medical delegate or pharma rep is an advantage

Job description

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for communicating ethically and delivering science-based value propositions building the image and the role of Wyeth Infant Nutrition with HealthCare Professionals and institutions, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy /prescriptions for these products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and expand brand usage through engagements with Health Care Professionals and Health Care Institutions.

• Implement ethical marketing plans to further develop brand.

• Communicate scientific and factual information to health care professionals to update them on latest product breakthroughs.

• Coordinate with trade counterparts for product availability, market hygiene, and completeness of product range.

• Manage all aspects of assigned responsibilities and administrative functions inherent in the operation of the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be driving a car with a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.

• Preferably with a science-related Bachelor's degree but open to all courses.

• Marketing or business-related qualification can be considered.

• Previous medical delegate or pharmaceutical representative experience working in a multidisciplinary team with different healthcare practitioners and/or in a healthcare sales environment coordinating and presenting to groups of people are an advantage.
