GLORIOUS DEXA MANDAYA INC. is seeking a Medical Representative to visit doctors, drugstores, hospitals, and clinics to promote products and gather insights. You will conduct market research, analyze results, and provide feedback to the Sales Supervisor while maintaining strong relationships and upholding compliance.

This role requires travel within the assigned territory and a professional appearance. Competitive compensation plus benefits such as HMO, allowances, and career advancement

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage doctors, drugstores, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct and analyze market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of visits and adjust strategies accordingly.

Medical Representative – Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Visit and engage customers, including doctors, drugstores, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct and analyze market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of each customer visit and use insights to develop strategies for subsequent calls and engagements.

• Ensure compliance with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.

• Build a strong company and brand image within the assigned territory through excellent customer service, professional conduct, and a polished appearance.

• Provide recommendations to the Sales Supervisor on appropriate strategies and support initiatives based on doctors’ needs, profiles, and characteristics.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers to support sustainable territory growth.
