You will conduct market research, analyze the impact of visits, and collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to tailor follow-up strategies. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and a polished appearance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage customers, including doctors, drugstores, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct and analyze market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each customer visit and use insights to develop strategies for subsequent calls and engagements.
• Ensure compliance with business ethics, applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Build a strong company and brand image within the assigned territory through excellent customer service, professional conduct, and a polished appearance.
• Provide recommendations to the Sales Supervisor on appropriate strategies and support initiatives based on doctors' needs, profiles, and characteristics.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers to support sustainable territory growth.
