Qualifications

• Possesses an assertive, dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly adaptable, dependable, and physically fit to perform fieldwork and regular client visits

Responsibilities

• Promote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists across assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities to establish long-term partnerships
• Provide detailed product information and clinical data to support healthcare professionals’ understanding of our medicines
• Conduct product demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining ethical standards and compliance
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product strategy and identify customer needs
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, territory plans, and market analysis to management
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with regulations, promotional guidelines, and company policies in all activities
• Support post-sale customer service and address any queries or concerns from healthcare professionals
