About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Medical Representative to join the sales team at Prosel Pharmaceuticals and Distributors, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Makati City/Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Medical Representative, you will be the vital link between our pharmaceutical products and healthcare professionals, playing a crucial role in promoting our portfolio and ensuring healthcare providers have the knowledge and support they need to deliver excellent patient care. This role is essential to our commercial success and directly impacts our market presence and brand reputation within the healthcare sector.

What you’ll be doing

1. Promote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists across assigned territories

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities to establish long-term partnerships

3. Provide detailed product information and clinical data to support healthcare professionals’ understanding of our medicines

4. Conduct product demonstrations

5. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining ethical standards and compliance

6. Gather market intelligence and feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product strategy and identify customer needs

7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, territory plans, and market analysis to management

8. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

9. Ensure compliance with regulations, promotional guidelines, and company policies in all activities

10. Support post-sale customer service and address any queries or concerns from healthcare professionals

What we’re looking for
