Qualifications

• 1+ years in medical records, billing, or insurance
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Experience in requesting and tracking records from hospitals and large systems
• Persistent and process-driven

Responsibilities

• Request and retrieve intake records from ambulance services and hospitals
• Retrieve prior medical records relevant to the case
• Track request status and perform timely follow-ups
• Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve delays
• Maintain organized, chronological record files
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards
