Job summary

AS White Global, a national leader in records retrieval, is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee the Document Retrieval team in Manila. You will ensure requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and company standards.

You will coach staff, review escalations, and partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements that deliver reliable client outcomes. Leadership in healthcare/document retrieval and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, document retrieval, or medical records.
• Strong medical record and document review skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and team performance to meet service and department goals.
• Coach employees, address concerns, and support hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Review escalations and operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable employment laws.
• Partner with stakeholders on process improvements, business needs, and operational changes.
