The role involves building strong customer relationships, delivering training, and supporting product demos. The ideal candidate holds a relevant healthcare degree and has 3–8 years of sales experience, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Science or equivalent.
• 3–8 years in Sales & Marketing in Healthcare or Biomedical fields.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within priority areas and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
• English and Filipino language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage relationships with customers to meet sales targets.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and meet expectations.
• Develop new account relationships to enhance customer penetration.
• Identify opportunities, prepare quotations, follow up, and close deals.
• Input leads and maintain status in SPARKS app.
• Provide timely support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist Product Management with product demos and customer training.
• Provide regular reports and call plans to team Manager.
• Attend weekend/evening trade shows or meetings as required.
