Qualifications

• 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare Services, Nursing, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year in medical/clinical environment or customer-facing support.
• Experience providing excellent customer support while handling technical complaints.
• Fluency in the language required for the role.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer calls and emails and respond professionally.
• Review and manage group mailboxes to action inquiries and complaints.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting across the product range by analyzing issues.
• Document complaints and inquiries per guidelines to ensure records are complete.
• Communicate investigation conclusions to customers in reports and calls.
• Resolve inquiries within established timelines and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Develop expertise in product areas and share knowledge with the ARDx team.
• Follow applicable Quality System processes.
• Maintain readiness for remote work when required and adapt to business needs.
• Support customers across different market time zones.
