Paragon Care Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth of medical devices in assigned accounts within the Philippines.

You will conduct demos, present clinical value, manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions, and provide post-sale support.

This role requires consultative selling, solid product knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate forecasts and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of medical devices and consultative selling.
• Ability to identify, qualify leads, conduct demos, and present to healthcare professionals.
• Strong relationship-building with hospitals and clinics; capable of post-sale support.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through field visits, industry events, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Schedule and conduct sales calls, product presentations, and demos to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Promote and explain features, benefits, and clinical value of medical devices to customers.
• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend solutions for clinical environments.
• Close sales using product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer relationship skills.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
• Serve as a key contact for post-sale support, inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Record sales activities and opportunities in CRM; maintain up-to-date status.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to the manager.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform strategies and product improvements.
• Stay informed on competitor products, industry trends, and regulatory updates.
• Participate in product training, clinical workshops, and trade shows as needed.
