Conexus Staffing & Consultancy Solutions is seeking Sales Associates to support growth across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners in Makati. The role targets fresh graduates who want to start a career in sales, enjoy engaging with people, and are willing to be trained in promoting and selling medical products.

This onsite field-based position offers hands-on patient-facing opportunity, training in medical devices, and a commission scheme.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in sales and willingness to build a career in the medical device industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and clinic staff.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within hospitals and clinics.
• Promote and present medical devices and products to potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client visits to showcase offerings.
• Support the achievement of sales targets through active fieldwork and client engagement.
• Monitor customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
