Job summary

Nipro Medical Philippines Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Nipro medical devices. You will provide technical support to customers and ensure safe operating practices through hands-on training.

Responsibilities include preparing service and maintenance reports, sharing techniques with the team, assisting sales with demonstrations, and performing other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting and repair of Nipro's medical devices
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Nipro's medical devices
• Provide technical support to customers/end users
• Ensure customers/end-users are trained on safe use of devices
• Prepare technical service, installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance reports and records
• Provide technical assistance to fellow Field Service Engineers when needed
• Provide timely service and accomplishments
• Assist sales team in promoting devices via product demonstrations and safety feature discussions
• Accept other duties related to technical work when needed
• Attend required trainings by the Company
