Ingenious Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Medical Coder Trainer to shape the next generation of coding professionals through engaging training sessions, structured learning programs, and hands-on coaching.

The role requires active CPC/CPC-I/COC/CCS-P certification, 3 years of ProFee/outpatient coding experience, and strong ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS knowledge, plus proven training and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on ProFee and/or Outpatient Facility coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, coding guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Experience conducting coding training, developing training materials, and coaching medical coders.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions, structured learning programs, and hands-on coaching of medical coders.
• Develop training materials and resources for ongoing coder education.
• Mentor and assess trainee performance to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.

As a Medical Coder Trainer, you'll play a key role in developing coding professionals through engaging training sessions, structured learning programs, and hands-on coaching. If you're passionate about teaching, mentoring, and empowering others while staying current with industry standards, this opportunity is for you.

• Active CPC, CPC-I, COC, CCS, or CCS-P certification (additional certifications are a plus)
• At least 3 years of hands-on Professional Fee (ProFee) and/or Outpatient Facility coding experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, coding guidelines, compliance, and documentation requirements
• Experience conducting coding training, developing training materials, and coaching medical coders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience in coding audits, quality reviews, Inpatient (IP), DRG, specialty coding, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an advantage
