Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Confer with patients by telephone to answer inquiries regarding medical billing and payments.
• Assist patients in processing payments and updating account information to ensure that medical claims will be processed and settled flawlessly.
• Obtain details of complaints and disputes and ensure escalation to accounts management for resolution; keep records of interactions and actions taken.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
