ISTA Solutions in Makati is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to verify patient eligibility and benefits, review bills, and follow up on unpaid claims. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments and maintenance of precise records, with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

The incumbent will handle insurance communications, billing secondary/tertiary insurances, and provide excellent customer support across channels while working onsite at Makati with night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance.
• Experience with claims, denials, appeals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a changing work environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
