Job summary

Media Display Solutions, a brand of United Neon Advertising, Inc., is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage CMS operations, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain billing accuracy across campaigns. This role focuses on reliability, testing, and operational excellence.

• 2–4 years of experience in systems engineering or CMS administration.
• Experience with digital signage or CMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• System Reliability, Billing Accuracy & SLA Compliance.
• Maintain CMS reliability and ensure configurations meet SLA.
• Troubleshoot disruptions and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Validate campaign configurations and reconcile CMS records with billing data.
• Monitor performance, logs, and workflows to prevent interruptions and breaches.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce errors.
• Conduct functional, integration, and UAT testing before deployment.
• Lead pilot testing and validate system upgrades for stable operations.
• Provide technical support for CMS operations, campaigns, uploads, scheduling.
• Ensure configurations align with client requirements and media plans.
• Support media monitoring with proof-of-airing validation and reports.
• Coordinate with Media Operations, Solutions Engineering, IT, and vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• System Reliability, Billing Accuracy & SLA Compliance
• Maintain CMS reliability and ensure system configurations meet SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot system disruptions and coordinate with vendors to resolve critical issues.
• Validate campaign configurations and reconcile CMS records with billing data to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and workflows to prevent service interruptions and SLA breaches.
• Process Optimization, Automation & Quality Assurance
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce manual errors.
• Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) before system deployment.
• Lead pilot testing and validate system upgrades to ensure stable and accurate operations.
• Campaign Execution & Technical Support
• Provide technical support for CMS operations, campaign uploads, scheduling, and material testing.
• Ensure campaign configurations align with client requirements and approved media plans.
• Support media monitoring through validation of proof-of-airing, photos, and reports.
• Coordinate with Media Operations, Solutions Engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Technical Development, Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Research emerging CMS technologies, automation tools, and workflow improvement solutions.
• Evaluate new platforms and prepare feasibility studies and technical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to strengthen technical capabilities across Media Operations and Monitoring teams.

Educational Background & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, CMS administration, digital media operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with digital signage, media operations, or content management systems is an advantage.
