The Multimedia Associate will assist the Multimedia Manager in creating multimedia assets for all existing & upcoming campaigns and product launches. This includes in-house shoots, photo and video editing, post-processing of images and videos, and the likes.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Photography and Videography

• Assist in the production of photo and video content for brand or product campaigns, product launches, social media, e-commerce, retail, and internal communications
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production tools during shoots under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support shoot preparations by organizing equipment, props, products, talent requirements, and production materials.
• Assist with on-site and studio shoots, ensuring production activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Capture photo and video content according to creative briefs and brand guidelines.

Post-Production and Editing

• Edit photos and videos using approved templates, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
• Perform basic post-production tasks such as trimming, cropping, color adjustments, retouching, formatting, and file preparation.
• Assist in creating simple motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets for digital platforms.
• Organize, archive, and maintain multimedia files to ensure accessibility and proper asset management.
• Review content for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards before submission.

Shoot and Production Support

• Assist with shoot logistics, including equipment preparation, scheduling coordination, product handling, and set organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required assets and materials for multimedia projects.
• Support production timelines by tracking deliverables and ensuring assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in coordinating external suppliers, studios, and production partners when required.
• Help maintain multimedia equipment and ensure production resources are properly stored and managed.

Digital Content Adaptation

• Adapt multimedia assets for various platforms including social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and retail displays.
• Resize images, videos, and graphics according to platform specifications and campaign requirements.
• Prepare content files in appropriate formats, dimensions, and resolutions for distribution across channels.
• Support the implementation of content updates and revisions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure all adapted assets maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across different touchpoints.

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts or any other related field
• Proficient & knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and similar editing tools
• At least 1-2 years of experience in photography, videography, multimedia production, or creative content development
