Qualifications

• 1–2 years in media, advertising, marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of media planning, buying, campaign implementation, or media operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with campaign data, schedules, and financial records.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify discrepancies and elevate issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign setup, media bookings, and schedule maintenance across traditional and digital media.
• Prepare media specification sheets and material instructions, ensuring deadlines are communicated clearly.
• Track campaign delivery and update trackers and pacing reports, flagging discrepancies.
• Monitor placements, reconcile schedules against delivery, and escalate discrepancies.
• Collect and organise proof of performance materials, including placements and air checks.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and filing for changes and supporting documents.
