Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Plant Mechanic to perform maintenance and lubrication activities across the plant.

You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and modifications to ensure high equipment availability while meeting safety and quality standards. The role requires a graduate in mechanical technology with at least three years of maintenance experience, and a background in lubrication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of mechanical technology course or equivalent experience.
• Three years of exposure in mechanical maintenance works.
• Background in lubrication technology.
• Must be a registered plant mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance routine and planned corrective works.
• Fix broken or malfunctioning parts of plant equipment and machineries including lubrication equipment.
• Provide feedback on machine and lubrication equipment parts/components that needs revision or modification.
• Conduct actual implementation of mechanical repair works; install, maintain, modify and fabricate machine parts and lubrication equipment.
• Provide basic mechanical and lubrication knowledge and services; perform troubleshooting to restore operating condition of all mechanical machineries and lubrication system.
• Operate machine shop equipment, precision lifting equipment, and special tools needed for a job.
• Perform welding, fabrication, overhaul, calibration and mechanical assembly in the workplace or in the shop.
