Job summary

Kenta Kogaku Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer in Laguna, Philippines. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor fabrication projects spanning food trucks, kiosks, cabinets, and customized units, ensuring compliance with engineering specs and timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, supervising fabrication and installation, tracking progress, and coordinating with engineering, production, and delivery teams to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing or project management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CAD software and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise mechanical fabrication, assembly, installation and inspection.
• Monitor project progress, manpower productivity, and completion schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Material Control, QC, After-Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure quality standards, proper material utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues, defects, and production delays.
• Prepare project progress reports, daily accomplishment reports, and technical documentation.
• Ensure completed units meet approved specifications before final inspection and release.
