Job summary

Kenta Kogaku Corporation is seeking a Production Manager to plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations at our Laguna facility. You will manage production personnel, monitor workflow, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower to deliver projects on time and to spec.

The role requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, with proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in production management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, metalworking, welding, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing production teams and multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, quality standards, and workplace safety.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet project schedules.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly of food trucks, trailers, kiosks, cabinets, tables, and customized projects.
• Monitor production progress, manpower allocation, material usage, and overall productivity.
• Ensure output meets engineering drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Material Control, Quality Control, Project Management, and After-Sales.
• Monitor availability of raw materials, tools, equipment and other requirements.
• Identify delays, technical issues, and bottlenecks; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and company policies are followed.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline in production procedures.
• Prepare and submit production reports and progress updates.
