Job summary

Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a fabrication engineer with 2+ years in steel fabrication. You will prepare fabrication drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, generate material take-offs using Profit Key, and coordinate sourcing and shipping with vendors.

You will lead small to mid-size projects, liaise with customers and internal teams, and maintain standard procedures to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with steel fabrication and processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Profit Key software experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of welding and geometric tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium projects meeting customer expectations.
• Verify customer purchase orders and requirements.
• Prepare fabrication prints using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Prepare material take-offs and work orders using Profit Key.
• Coordinate material procurement and shipping with vendors and customers.
• Maintain standard procedures for engineered work.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, sales, production and quality teams.
• Overtime and leadership duties as needed.
