Job summary

JJ Grand Premium Fruits is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of machinery and facilities. The role leads maintenance personnel, implements preventive programs, and minimizes downtime.

You will supervise technicians, inspect systems, and collaborate with production to align maintenance with production schedules, maintaining inventory and reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

About you

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment
• Proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, pumps, and mechanical drives
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
