Job summary

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to diagnose, maintain, and schedule repairs for assorted equipment at our Mabalacat site in Pampanga.

You will estimate resources, address unsafe acts, and report root causes to management while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least four years in a manufacturing environment, with strong problem-solving, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar) is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Attend to and identify the problem of the equipment breakdown.
• Perform diagnosis, maintenance, and schedule repairs of damaged equipment.
• Estimate the time and resources needed required to complete a job.
• Identify and address the unsafe acts that may lead to accident.
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
• Ensure all work adheres with the quality standard regulations.
• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Assist in the installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Operate and utilize the automated maintenance management system.
• Support and lead improvement activities.
