Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities (preventive and corrective).
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and engineering standards.
• Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and operational records.
• Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of engineering systems and projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments for facilities and equipment.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and project status.
