Job summary

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to diagnose, maintain, and schedule repairs for assorted equipment at our Mabalacat site in Pampanga.

You will estimate resources, address unsafe acts, and report root causes to management while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least four years in a manufacturing environment, with strong problem-solving, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar) is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to collaborate across departments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial or similar)

• With at least four (4) years of relevant work experience preferably in a manufacturing industry

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues

• Ability to understand blueprints, charts, and repair manuals

• Above average understanding of how industry equipment work

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Good time management skills
