The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance leadership in steel fabrication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with maintenance management software and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanical Engineer in Steel Fabrication Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a maintenance team and coordinate complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Mechanical Engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in Steel Fabrication Plant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, in a Steel Fabrication Plant.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and performance.

About the role

What you'll be doing
