Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a trainee M&E site coordinator to assist with planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites. Training will be provided, offering hands-on exposure to site coordination, technical drawings and project delivery.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline is required. No prior construction experience is needed as training will onboard you; internship experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams on installation schedules and site requirements.
• Monitor work progress and workmanship against drawings and project specs.
• Assist in preparing M&E coordination drawings and penetration shop drawings for approval.
• Liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers on submissions and coordination.
• Review main contract and subcontract requirements with project team guidance.
• Support the team to meet project timelines, quality and safety standards.
• Follow up on site issues and carry out project-related duties.

• Basic $3,200 to $5,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, implementation and coordination of M&E works at construction sites.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams on installation schedules and site requirements.

• Monitor work progress and workmanship against approved drawings and project specifications.

• Assist in preparing M&E coordination drawings and structural penetration shop drawings for approval.

• Liaise with architectural coordinators and design engineers on drawing submissions and coordination matters.

• Review relevant main contract and subcontract requirements with guidance from the project team.

• Support the team in ensuring works meet project timelines, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Follow up on site issues and carry out other project-related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For
