Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Construction & Maintenance Project Supervisor with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will oversee manpower schedules, supervise site activities, and monitor project progression while ensuring safety on site.

Strong report-writing and communication skills are essential, with the ability to coordinate with clients and teams. PRC license is not mandatory but considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BS Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years in Maintenance or Construction.
• Knowledge in Project Management for Construction & Maintenance projects. Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience preparing technical reports (Progress Reports, Methods Statements, RFIs, Quotations, etc).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling people.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• With or without PRC License.
