Job summary

Polystar Manpower Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will design, develop, and optimise mechanical systems and components to support our operations and client projects.

Responsibilities include CAD design, feasibility studies, drawings, testing, documentation, and collaboration with project managers and technicians to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment using computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering principles
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to evaluate project requirements and constraints
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for manufacturing and construction
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure mechanical designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, technicians, and other engineers to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct testing and quality assurance procedures to validate mechanical designs and performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical equipment and systems in operation
• Maintain compliance with relevant engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
• Document and report on project progress, technical findings, and recommendations
