Job summary

Jayar Inc. is seeking an MEPFS Engineer to supervise, maintain, troubleshoot, and test electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role requires knowledge of electrical/mechanical layouts, schematics, and coordination with construction teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience as MEPFS Project Engineer or Site Engineer preferably in construction.
• Knowledge and experience in supervising MEPFS works, including installation, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, control panels, and electrical layouts.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment, including ACU, fire pro and ventillation system.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong experience in documentation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, maintain, troubleshoot, and test electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Oversee MEPFS works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones are met.
