Job summary

RRCS Construction and Marine Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee the maintenance and optimization of mechanical infrastructures and building systems. The role focuses on preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, with emphasis on safety and reliability in general Santos operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree, 1–2 years of related experience, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and a proven ability to analyze problems,

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering with licensed or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in this related field.
• Solid grasp of engineering concepts and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
• Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems.
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
