Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Designer/Drafter to join our engineering team in Taguig. You will develop high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings for bulk materials handling systems, conveyors, chutes, and platework, following client standards and project requirements.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of experience, hands-on proficiency with MicroStation or AutoCAD, and a knack for delivering buildable, accurate designs while collaborating with local and international project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Designing/Drafting.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD is required.
• Experience in designing conveyors, chutes and platework is preferred.
• Strong background in bulk materials handling projects.
• HVAC and air-conditioning design experience is not applicable to this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality design drawings using 2D and 3D CAD software, following Client-defined CAD standards and procedures.
• Produce design deliverables within the allocated project budget hours.
• Perform layout and detailing work for materials handling systems and mine plant design.
• Apply strong knowledge of fabrication and construction techniques to ensure buildable, accurate designs.
• Review and check design drawings, with the ability to lead a design team (for senior-level candidates).

About the Role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer/Drafter to join our growing engineering team. If you have strong 2D/3D CAD capabilities and a solid background in bulk materials handling design, this is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and exciting projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
