Job summary

Aggreko, LLC in Manila invites a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our power and energy projects team in BGC, Taguig. You will produce mechanical designs, 3D models, P&IDs, and related technical documentation for bids and projects, coordinating with sales and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in mechanical design for power generation or utilities, and proficiency with AutoCAD. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; RME certification considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of mechanical design experience in power generation, energy, utilities, or industrial applications.
• Knowledge of diesel and gas power generation systems and mechanical balance-of-plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical designs and engineering solutions for power generation and energy projects.
• Develop mechanical layouts, 3D models, P&IDs, piping drawings, and equipment arrangements.
• Coordinate with sales, project, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs and site support.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards; maintain documentation.
