Zusammenfassung

Aggreko plc in Taguig invites a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our energy projects team. Based in BGC, this role produces and supports mechanical designs and documentation for bids, detailed designs and operations.

You’ll develop 3D models and P&IDs, size equipment, and collaborate across sales and engineering teams to deliver compliant, reliable systems. Strong English communication and 5+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of mechanical design experience in power generation or industrial applications.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) certification considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare mechanical designs and engineering solutions for Aggreko's power generation, temperature control, and energy projects.
• Develop mechanical layouts, 3D models, P&IDs, piping drawings, equipment arrangements, and other design deliverables using CAD software.
• Design and support balance-of-plant systems, including cooling, ventilation, fuel, exhaust, piping, and other auxiliary mechanical systems.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist in the selection and specification of mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, heat exchangers, chillers, valves, and tanks.
• Coordinate with sales, project, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver project designs, proposals, site support, technical reviews, and commissioning assistance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and engineering standards while maintaining project documentation, as-built records, and continuous improvement initiatives.
