Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design gas and liquid delivery systems for semiconductor capital equipment. You will create 2D drawings, BOMs, and support quotations, coordinating fabrication and installation to ensure compliance with engineering designs and customer specs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of solid modelling experience. Proficiency in Creo/AutoCAD/SolidWorks and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years' solid modelling design experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry.
• Experience designing electrical cables is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD software: Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Designs gas and/or liquid delivery systems using CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo).
• Generates and maintains 2D drawings and spec sheets.
• Generates BOMs and drives procurement.
• Supports sales for BOM quotations.
• Coordinates fabrication and installation to meet specifications.
• Provides hands-on support for prototype builds and troubleshooting.
• Conducts phase gate design reviews.
• Reviews technical documents from internal/external groups.
• Delivers technical training to staff.
• Tracks project progress in project management software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designs gas and/or liquid delivery systems, using CAD software – Solidworks/Creo
• Generates and maintains documentation –2D part and assembly CAD drawings, Spec sheets
• Generates Bill of Materials to drive procurement, maintains Bill of Materials in file system
• Support sales team for quotation of new project Bill of Materials
• Coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications
• Provides hands on support for prototype builds, troubleshooting and technical related requests from internal/external groups
• Conducts phase gate design review meetings with internal staff
• Review and check technical related documents from internal/external groups
• Execute technical training to internal staff based on needs
• Tracks project progress and time in project management software

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering Experience Requirement: Work Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ strong solid modelling design experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
• Experience of designing electrical cables is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment preferred.
