Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in the Philippines seeks a BOM Configuration Analyst to review Customer and internal production documents (Flowplan, BOM, OMS) before assembly launch. You will verify completeness and accuracy across documents and ensure proper configuration.

You will identify mismatches between flowplan and BOMs and work with Account Operations to obtain customer decisions for updated documentation. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fundamental engineering concepts and ability to read drawings/schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compare documents (Flowplan, BOM, OMS) four weeks prior to assembly launch to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report mismatches between documents (flowplan vs BOMs).
• Collaborate with Account Operations to obtain customer decisions for correct configuration.

Job Summary:

BOM Configuration Analyst reviews Customer and/or Internal production documents (Flowplan, Bill Of Material, OMSs, etc.) prior assembly launch and assures (cross checks) completeness and accuracy between documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for comparison of documents 4 weeks (or after customer release) prior assembly
  launch to cleanroom.
• Is responsible for identification and reporting of miss matches between documents (flowplan vs.
  BOMs)
• Cooperates with Account Operation team to obtain customer decision for correct configuration
  (updated documentation)

• Compliances with internal OneUCT processes.
• Follows supervisor´s instructions.
• Respects the company´s policies and values.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
