Job summary

Dimension All Group seeks a TESDA NC II certified roadside mechanic to join our Makati service team. You will be deployed across Greater Manila to perform on-site motorcycle and small engine repairs, roadside assistance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

You will respond to emergency service calls, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and conduct regular servicing while upholding safety standards and delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II Certification in Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing.
• At least 2 years of work experience in motorcycle or small engine repair.
• Driver’s license (motorcycle and/or 4-wheel) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency roadside service calls for motorcycles and small engines.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct regular servicing: oil changes, spark plug replacement, brake and clutch adjustment, carburetor tuning, chain and sprocket replacement, suspension checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Provide field reports on repairs, parts usage, and client recommendations.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company service vehicle.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all repairs.
• Deliver professional customer service while representing the company in the field.

Qualifications

• Willing to be assigned in Makati office and deployed across Greater Manila as needed.

• Must be physically fit, adaptable, and willing to work on flexible schedules (including weekends/holidays).

• Driver’s license (motorcycle and/or 4-wheel) is an advantage.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
