Responsibilities

• Inspect motorcycle units to determine repair needs.
• Perform pre-service inspections and diagnostics.
• Provide clients with repair information and estimated timeframes.
• Coordinate with mechanics and warranty officers.
• Customer acknowledgment and consent.
• Coordinating with the Admin for the possible expenses based on the labor chart.
• Perform general repair and maintenance work on motorcycles.
• Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on motorcycles.
• Perform post-service inspection (same form).
• Activation of motorcycle sold.
• Coordinating with branch mechanics and warranty officers.
• Provide clients with an estimated timeframe for repairing the motorcycle.
• Provide clients with standard and not substandard service.
• Responsible for accomplishing Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
• Maintaining the cleanliness of service area.
• Inventory of parts and oils.
• Establish and build long-term business relationship with clients.
• Documentation clients (name, schedule for PMS).
• Knowledge of small/big displacements.
• Knowledge of fuel-injected engines.
