Job summary

PETRONAS Energy Philippines, Inc. is seeking a hands-on aviation maintenance technician to support maintenance programs for aviation equipment and facilities in the Philippines.

The role involves repair and preventive maintenance of refueler trucks and related assets, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a two-year technical certificate, experience in vehicle maintenance, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year technical or vocational course, preferably in Automotive or Mechanical Technology.
• Experience in vehicle or equipment repair and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of engine troubleshooting, auto electrical systems, and fuel truck pneumatic systems.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can operate company vehicles.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of maintenance programs for aviation equipment and facilities.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance of refueler trucks, transfer pumps, and other aviation assets to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards for employees and third-party contractors.
• Support internal audit activities and ensure adherence to company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist in monitoring maintenance operating expenses (OPEX) and implementing cost-control initiatives.
• Perform other aviation maintenance and operational duties as assigned.
