About the role

Seafoods Varities Corp. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic/Automotive Electrician to join our team on a full-time basis in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. This is a critical position that plays an essential role in maintaining and servicing our fleet of vehicles and equipment. As a Mechanic/Automotive Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate at peak efficiency and meet all safety standards. Your expertise will be vital in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting the broader objectives of our retail and consumer products business.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections) and troubleshoot minor to complex mechanical/electrical issues
• Inspect fleet vehicles to determine mechanical conditions, identify immediate repair needs, and maintain high first-time fix accuracy
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, evaluate vehicle conditions using standardized rating systems, and complete vehicle audits
• Safely drive and transport vehicles to designated locations adhering to traffic laws and company policies
• Contribute to minimizing vehicle downtime and identifying maintenance cost savings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or Automotive Electrician with a strong track record of diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• In-depth knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools such as multimeters, engine scanners and other specialized equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items and work in various positions
