Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Truck Electrician or similar electrical specialist in the automotive or transport industry.
• Strong knowledge of truck and commercial vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and electrical testing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in trucks and commercial vehicles.

About the role

Seafoods Varities Corp. is seeking an experienced Truck Electrician to join our transport and logistics team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in maintaining the electrical systems and components of our fleet vehicles. As a Truck Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems function safely and efficiently, supporting the reliability and productivity of our road transport operations. This hands‑on technical role is essential to keeping our vehicles operational and our logistics network running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in trucks and commercial vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including batteries, alternators, starters and wiring harnesses
• Install, replace and upgrade electrical components and systems in vehicles according to specifications and safety standards
• Test electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and verify repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs and parts used for fleet management and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to ensure efficient vehicle servicing and turnaround times
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies when working with electrical systems
• Identify potential electrical issues during vehicle inspections and recommend preventative maintenance solutions
• Keep up to date with new electrical technologies and repair techniques used in the road transport industry

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Truck Electrician or similar electrical specialist in the automotive or transport industry
• Strong knowledge of truck and commercial vehicle electrical systems, components and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and electrical testing tools
• Solid understanding of electrical theory, safety protocols and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and service documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when diagnosing complex electrical issues
• Physical capability to perform demanding manual work and climb in and around vehicles
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct on-road testing when necessary
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a technical team
• Relevant electrical certification or qualifications in automotive electrical work (preferred)
