Job summary

QSJ Motors Phil.Inc. is seeking a hands-on Heavy-Duty Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on trucks. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and repair or replace defective parts to ensure safe operation.

The role requires proficiency with engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, and cooling systems, plus the use of diagnostic tools. Overtime may be required, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; vocational/technical course in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Experience in truck/heavy-duty repair preferred.
• Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicle systems.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform mechanical work.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
