Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Meat Cutter responsible for meat cutting and slaughter activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards across production. The role requires coordination with the Lead Butcher to align on product cuts and labeling, maintaining efficiency and product conformity.

The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of one year in butchery/meat cutting, with strong attention to detail and knowledge of various meat

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• At least one year experience in butchery/meat cutting.
• Working knowledge of meat cuts, meat quality and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Lead Butcher on the different meat cut products to be produced.
• Ensure that all meat cut products and/or slaughtered are done according to the requirement of the customers.
• Ensure that all meat cut and/or slaughtered products are properly labeled.
• Perform standard operating procedures in the process.
• Ensure that all products are cut and trim consistently and efficiently within our quality standard.
• Comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Make sure work stations are always clean and organized.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
