Aboitiz Foods is hiring a Meat Cutter to perform meat cutting and slaughter activities in our processing plant. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards, and contribute to productivity objectives.

The role requires coordination with the Lead Butcher, accurate labeling, and adherence to customer specifications to maintain product quality across the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience in meat cutting/butchery.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, quality and preparation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Lead Butcher on meat cut products to be produced.
• Ensure all meat cut and/or slaughtered products meet customer requirements.
• Ensure all products are properly labeled.
