Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Marketing.
• Experience handling food categories, particularly processed meat, canned meat, frozen food, or related food products, is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of category management, brand strategy, consumer insights, innovation, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual category and brand strategies aligned with overall business goals and commercial priorities.
• Manage the meat product portfolio, including lifecycle management, innovation pipeline, renovations, and new product launches.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, category performance, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand equity and drive category growth.
• Monitor category performance through sales, market share, profitability, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to develop customer-focused programs that improve distribution, visibility, and in-store execution.
• Partner with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product development, production readiness, and successful commercialization.
• Manage category budgets and marketing investments to maximize business returns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Present category performance reviews, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on emerging consumer trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to support long-term category growth.
