MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing leader to drive channel marketing and distribution initiatives across key markets. You will work with Sales, Brand, Trade Marketing, and Distribution teams to translate strategy into effective programs and superior in-market execution.

The role requires 8+ years in related FMCG roles, strong channel strategy and distribution expertise, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Distribution, Category Management, or Commercial roles, preferably FMCG.
• Strong experience in channel strategy, distribution management, and in-market execution.
• Solid understanding of Modern Trade, General Trade, E-Commerce, and distributor-led channels.
• Proven track record in driving distribution expansion, channel growth, and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel marketing and distribution strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Identify channel, distribution, and shopper opportunities to drive sales growth and market expansion.
• Lead channel-specific activations, promotions, merchandising, and execution programs.
• Partner with Sales and Distribution teams to improve product availability, distribution coverage, visibility, and execution standards.
• Analyze distribution performance, channel productivity, sales trends, and market opportunities to drive corrective actions and growth.
• Develop strategies to improve numeric and weighted distribution, SKU penetration, and channel reach.
• Manage channel investments and budgets, ensuring programs deliver strong ROI and commercial impact.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, and Distribution teams for seamless end-to-end execution.
• Establish channel execution standards, tools, and best practices across key markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Marketing team with ownership, innovation, and execution excellence.
