UNDP Careers in Cotabato City, Philippines, seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate to support MEAL systems for Peacebuilding projects. The role involves working with local authorities, civil society, UN agencies, and stakeholders to monitor indicators, manage data, and ensure timely feedback and learning across projects focused on stabilization and resilience.

The incumbent will build capacity, design MEAL tools, and coordinate reporting to support decision-making and project governance.

Formación

• Minimum seven years with secondary education or four years with Bachelor's in monitoring & evaluation for peacebuilding/development projects.
• At least four years in results-based M&E related to peacebuilding, community development, and transformation.
• At least four years collecting/analyzing M&E data and producing reports for decision-makers and partners.
• At least four years using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases, plus strong report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, design and management of Peacebuilding Projects.
• Provide analysis and outputs on project work, emerging issues and impact for governance, conflict prevention, stabilization and normalization initiatives.
• Develop and implement M&E tools and data collection plans; train staff and partners in MEAL procedures.
• Prepare consolidated progress reports and support field visits and donor reporting.
