Blackpanda is seeking a Managing Director, Philippines to own and scale the market across incident response and cyber insurance offerings. The role demands commercial leadership, operational discipline, and a proven ability to build a high-performance local team.

You will drive revenue growth, manage executive relationships, and shape the market strategy with regional leaders. Based in Metro Manila, frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years in country leadership or senior revenue roles responsible for Philippines market.
• Proven track record in delivering revenue targets in B2B services or enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyers, incident response/DFIR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Philippines revenue across incident response service lines and retainers, with growth targets.
• Build and lead a local sales team, with quotas, territories and performance management.
• Develop channel, MSSP and OEM partnerships to expand market reach and revenue.
• Lead executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT, and boards across target segments.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and data/security standards in-market.
• Collaborate with global leads on delivery quality, forecasting, and renewal integrity.
