Job summary

PFCC Group in Manila seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive global incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations across a multinational environment. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale security programs and executive stakeholder engagement.

You will mentor security analysts, develop playbooks, oversee SIEM/EDR operations, and advance cyber defense capabilities, working with CISOs, infrastructure teams, and business partners to align security with business

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in cybersecurity with operations, incident response and threat intel exposure.
Experience leading global or regional security operations in multinational settings.
Strong knowledge of modern security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead global incident response across a 24/7 operating environment.
Mentor security analysts, incident responders, and threat intel professionals.
Enhance incident response playbooks, procedures, and SOC processes.
Oversee security monitoring and detection via internal teams and MSSP partners.
Conduct threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and forensic investigations.
Collaborate with CISOs, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Evaluate and implement security technologies to strengthen detection and response.
Develop incident metrics and executive reporting for continuous improvement.
Identify gaps and remediation priorities to improve security posture.
